SB Functional Performance assisted me in the midst of the Oceans 7 swimming challenge - To swim the toughest 7 channels from around the world!  Stuart’s role encapsulated personal training, nutritional research, testing and execution, as well as the critical role as Sport Physiologist. The combination of these roles is where Stuart separates himself! His experience and passion, combined with his desire to learn enabled us to build a team that was second to none.

My training with SB Functional Performance has been amazing.  I have become much more athletic in all sports - specifically football.
