Stuart is an Exercise Physiologist with an unwavering passion for helping individuals achieved their peak physical performance. Holding a BSc in Sport Science and an MSc in Strength & Conditioning, Stuart brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field.
Stuart embarked on a journey into the world of sports and exercise physiology, starting in the dynamic realm of professional soccer. In this role a wide range of Sport Science duties were developing incluing developing strength and power in the gym, designing pitch based conditioning sessions and utilising advanced GPS data analysis to moniter and improve players' fitness levels.
One of Stuart's greatest passion’s lies in the world of data collection and analysis. He firmly beliefs in the power of data to objectively measure an individual’s current health and fitness status. Through meticulous data analysis, he can identify areas for improvement and fine tune training programs for the best results. Additionally, Stuart has a deep interest in health and longevity promotion and is dedicated to minimising the healthspan lifespan gap. This commitment means striving to help individual’s not only live longer but also healthier, more fulfilling lives.

As an Exercise Physiologist at UFIT Singapore, I played a pivotal role in establishing and managing a comprehensive Health and Performance Screening Service. I was responsible for designing and implementing a screening program tailored to assess cardiovascular health and optimize human performance for a diverse clientele, including endurance athletes and gym enthusiasts.

This role allowed me to blend my expertise in exercise physiology with a passion for optimising human performance, contributing significantly to the success and reputation of UFIT.

As a Sport Scientist at Ebbsfleet United Football Club in the English National Conference League, I played a crucial role in optimizing player performance through data-driven analysis and the implementation of individualized strength and conditioning programs.
My primary responsibilities included the comprehensive assessment of player training loads, the design of position-specific conditioning drills, and the periodized development of strength, power, and hypertrophy.
